Porky’s Kauai: The Menu

Porky’s Kauai has grown from its humble beginnings in 2013 into a fleet of 2 food trucks, now most commonly spotted in Waimea and Kapaa. Porky’s menu is short and sweet – perfect for those who battle indecision – and features delicious Hawaiian takes on American comfort food with a tropical island flare. Choose from 3 delicious options, or get one of each. We promise not to judge.

First, the Pineapple Sausage, a pork sausage infused with chunks of sweet pineapple on a toasted French roll. The ‘dog is topped with slow-cooked Kalua pork, fresh pineapple, grilled sweet onions, and Porky’s own BBQ sauce (available spicy or sweet).

Your second option is a beef hot dog which foregoes the pineapple infusion but maintains everything else that the Pineapple Sausage gets right. The beef and Kalua pork are a savory explosion of taste, and the barbecue sauce is sweet and tangy and smoky and delicious and . . . just get one. Trust us.

Lastly, the newest addition to the menu is the Kalua pork grilled cheese sandwich. Havarti and Muenster cheeses mingle together with layers of savory, tender pork and grilled onions. Served on toasted cheese bread with a side of Porky’s BBQ sauce, we recommend adding Portuguese sausage or bacon to fully maximize the flavor explosion (you can add them to any dog as well, for just $1). All this, including a drink (Hawaiian juice, water, and more, is yours for $9 or less!
