There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and the living room. The sizable kitchen has nice counter tops, with plenty of cabinet space, a gas range, with a dining room that seats 6 with a bonus breakfast area, with seating for 2. The 3 bedrooms are beautifully decorated with their own accent wall. The guest bathroom has a step-in shower and the master bathroom has a shower/tub combination along with double vanity sinks. There is a washer and dryer and A/C provided for this unit.
This Palm Springs vacation home has a generous, private outdoor space with a pool (12 feet wide X 25 feet long, 5 1/2 feet deep) and spa, a side yard, in addition to a private patio, which faces West. Having a dining area, a bar bq grill and a great lounging area. There is a 1 car garage attached to the home and driveway space for parking. This house is near shopping, parks, restaurants, the Design District, Downtown Pam Springs, Art Galleries, museums, golf, tennis, hiking and biking trails.
Small dogs under 30 lbs are welcome.
The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age.
EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.
