The elegant Villas on the Prince, a gated community in one of the premiere complexes in Princeville, offers true Princeville luxury. The Villas on the Prince Resort features exquisite accommodations, professionally appointed with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, upscale furnishings, patio off the master bedroom, lanai off the living area and large space for family and friends.
The famed Prince Golf Course borders the Villas on the Prince. The view from most units spans the beautifully landscaped golf course and stretches to beautiful mountains with rainbows and waterfalls.
These large homes are 1,700 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone!
Many have a/c either upstairs or in the bedrooms. A large pool and BBQ facility make the Villas on the Prince an alternative to a more expensive home rental. Larger groups enjoy renting units near each other.

Villas on the Prince #23 - This Home has Incredible Mountain and Prince Golf Course Views, and yet is within easy walking distance to Princeville Center, Princeville Library, Prince Albert Park and the New Princeville Community Center. Its open spaces, enlarged kitchen, large rooms and vaulted ceilings make this unit feel like a spacious home. Built-in A/C in both Master suites. Entire unit is Finished with Granite Counters, Fireplace, Upgraded Appliance Package, Private Rear Lanai where you are close enough to talk to the golfers teeing off on the 9th Hole. One Master Suite has a King Sized Bed, the other has two Full Sized Beds . Both have full adjoining Baths. Slate floors, solid granite counters, fireplace and upgraded appliances. Private rear lanai off both master suites. Both master suites have king beds. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle. Villas on the Prince #27 Air conditioning in the upstairs living area make this open light space a wonderful gathering area for families or friends. Beautifully decorated with tropical decor and beautiful art work. Mountain and waterfall views across the Prince golf course. This is a very quiet location. There are king beds in two bedrooms and a queen bed in the third. Jacuzzi tub in the master suite. There are beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and snorkel sets. What a great place to call home in paradise! Rate: $165 Out clean $180.
