Kamahana Vacation Rentals 3 - Kamahana 3 is a spacious two bedroom, very private condominium offering 1260 square feet that feels more like a house than a condo. This ground floor unit features extra-high vaulted ceilings and three private lanais. This condo is unique because it is separate from the other units. There are no shared walls downstairs, only one other unit above. This provides a lot of privacy. You will step out into your own yard, separated from other condos by lush vegetation. You can also walk out of the living room onto the lanai and stroll less than 100 meters on lush green grass to view a magical lookout over a coral reef, Anini Beach, and the magnificent North Shore coastline. Depending on the season, view rare nesting albatrosses, nenes, and humpback whales. With two queen beds and plus a single day bed in the living room, five guests can sleep comfortably. There is a 42" LCD TV in the livingroom and another TV in the master bedroom. You will find a variety of beach gear including snorkel equipment. Kamahana Vacation Rentals 13 -This unit is open to the trade wind breezes, which ensures moderate temperatures year-round. The interior is tastefully furnished and decorated to ensure you a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with fine bed linens including a Native Hawaiian quilt. Vaulted ceilings with overhead fan and plenty of light and air
The second upstairs bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom has its own private lanai with patio furniture. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds, which may also be configured as one king bed upon request. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bathrooms Both bathrooms include baths/showers, linens, complimentary shampoos, soap and other amenities and hair dryers. The comfortable living area has a vaulted open beam ceiling with overhead fans and is furnished in a casual elegant style, with white leather sofa and love seat. The sliding glass doors & windows lead to the lanai. For your indoor enjoyment, there is a TV, a collection of games for every level, and a collection of Kauai travel books and maps for your use.
Lanais. The main level has separate dining and living lanais. The dining lanai includes a gas grill (a shared barbeque area is also available on the grounds). The living lanai is covered and can be enjoyed in most any weather. The furniture is most comfortable; the lanai has its own private yard space and is a wonderful place to relax.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are also many extras, such as rice cooker, wineglasses, cookbooks, etc. An L-shaped kitchen counter bar with teak stools provides extra seating. The dining area is furnished with a teak table and chairs. Our end unit location allows for ample windows and light. Hawaiian table linens are provided.
